I like furniture. I always have. When watching a movie, I could tell people more about the furniture used in the scenes than who the actors were. I also have a fascination with the human body as a result of my own struggle with a serious illness. I am intrigued by the interaction of the human body with the furniture, as the human body plays an important factor when it comes to furniture. It completes the furniture and its purpose. I want to challenge unconscious ways people adapt to a space rather than the space adapting to the needs of the people.
